Dear Friday, you have come so fast this week, and I am thankful because week one of spring term is now officially over (after my 9am class) :) Dear readers, you are all amazing. Your support and attitude about me opening up an Etsy shop for some of my photos was beyond what I expected, and I am so thankful for your love and support. Expect to see a shop opened up soon! Dear Dakota, you're adjusting nicely to me being back in school for this last full term. You were spoiled with lots of attention during spring break, and now you're forced to entertain yourself more often than not. What a good puppy you are! Lots of treats for you. Dear blogging community, I am concerned. Over the past week or so I have seen and heard a lot of things around here that make me wonder what the blogging world is becoming. It seems as though bloggers are more concerned with "the number" than anything else. Bloggers are getting frustrated with one another when two posts are similar, or when one does a feature of an item another blogger had previously done. I've even seen bloggers steal ideas or photos, and claim them as their own. Better yet, some "big" bloggers feeling as though they are more entitled than "little" bloggers, with one unnamed even saying in a post on blogging advice that they've grown their blog the old fashioned way, so they don't feel it necessary to help littler bloggers out. Must it be all about "the number?" When it all boils down to it, everyone blogs because it's fun, so let's stop being catty. And let's all get over ourselves. Please. Dear weekend, I love you. And love you even more because it's Easter! Dear Lord, you're amazing and the love you demonstrate for me, and everyone else, on a daily basis is beyond words. But what's even more amazing is the love you demonstrated on this very weekend several thousand years ago. I cannot comprehend, nor wrap my head around, what you have done for us. All I can do is say thank you, and live my life in honor of the life you gave up for me.
